App: Tamakn (com.muath.tamakn) · Developer: Muath Alghamdi
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all its data directly inside the app, whether it is a linked account or a guest account:
- Open the Tamakn app.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm it is you, then confirm the deletion.
What Is Deleted
Permanently deleted: your sign-in account, learning profile, progress and scores, points, streak and badges, review state, saved words, reward history, league membership, and your record at our subscription-management provider. A copy may remain in backups for up to 7 days before being erased. Purchase records the law and the stores require, and aggregated data that identifies no one, are retained.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not stop renewal in the App Store or Google Play; cancel the subscription in your store settings before or after deleting.
Alternative
If you cannot access the app, email support@nabeacreative.com from the address linked to your account, and we will delete your account and data without undue delay and confirm it to you.
